Item I ordered was not delivered.I ordered item april 2 and says to be delivered june 6,2020( I have waited that long) but when this date came nothing I got.I made an inquiry on their customer service the reply is "this is a close item that you cannot open" i dont understand what this mean and after june 6 no more updates on my item.
