Received an item I didn’t order and now being told I did get the right order even with pictures to show the difference . I resent being called a liar, impossible to deal with the non existent customer service all automated responses. I ordered and paid for a hand held thermometer and the picture shows what I received , which was incomplete and came in a wrecked box ,will never shop with them again.
