Was charged for something ($150) that I never ordered. I went back to them asking for a refund. They said they would put a credit on their books. I don't order much of anything from them and I would be out the money for months, if not years. I went back to my bank charge account and they could not even get it resolved for me. I then went to try to use a small amount from the credit and they told me they won't sell me anymore. Meanwhile I am out the money. This firm is a big rip off.
