My very first experience with Wish.com was an appalling one - an experience that I refuse to subject myself to ever again.
Post placing my order, my delivery date was changed on two occasions, resulting in a 51 day wait for my item (I am yet to receive it).
My desire was to speak to someone via telephone; however, no contact number exists for UK consumers. I was left with no other option but to communicate via email - corresponding with c.s. rep Ishmael. This concluded in my request for a full refund being refused, despite the surpassing of the delivery date, and questions regarding my order went unanswered.
I am currently in the process of filing a dispute via Paypal to recoup funds.
A horrendous experience - DO NOT BUY FROM WISH.COM.
