On May 7th I ordered an item that was supposed to have arrived on May 25. I also made a mistake of ordering a second item from them on May 28. When I try to get a hold of customer service you don't talk to anybody you have no option of free writing either. And the order history it doesn't even show the item that I had ordered and paid for on May 7 I have been fighting with them. When you email them their is such a language barrier that nothing gets accomplished. Now I am fighting for my refund. They don't even have any knowledge of this item I ordered!
