Placed and was charged for the item on May 9, 2020. Delivery delayed multiple times with the item promised by July 4th. Did not arrive. Contacted 'bot' customer service. Received an immediate partial refund and told that I had to wait an additional month before I could claim the balance of the refund due to me. This company has some unique items, but a TERRIBLE shipping system. This was my first purchase....and guess what...IT WILL BE MY LAST ONE. Good luck to those of you they suck in with their slick ads and 'low' pricing. Just be sure you are ready to take a long journey with them before you make a purchase. You may or you may not get it.
