You are required to read the TOS, and I suggest you do so thoroughly. The essentially absolve their organization of any responsibility to deliver, I am still waiting for a paperback birthday gift ordered in May, as of July it was still unmoved in China, and is now expected after.....October. Not allowed to cancel without possible CHARGES. THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE AN "F" rating from Better Business Bureau, many complaints of this same issue, as well as past indiscretions with class action suits.
