Ordered an inflatable slide and it came moldy out of the box. The product tore within a few weeks but the company would not accept a return because the request was made outside of their return window.
In addition, their customer service is somewhere between minimal and non-existent. It is impossible to speak with a human being and responses via email appear automated and certainly do not attempt to sincerely address customers' concerns.
Spend more money to avoid this company at all cost!
