My item was only a goatee beard shaper. The order never came for the original delivery date - bearing in mind that was a 3 week timeline. I asked for a refund and the process kept hitting a block time and time again. The delivery date was then put back from July to September and they said I could not have a refund as it was still in a delivery schedule - how can that reasonably be a correct procedure. I gave them 1 star because there is not an option lower
