I have an item that has had its delivery cancelled! I don’t know who or why it was cancelled but customer Service cannot grasp the concept that this delivery has been cancelled and refuse to refund on the grounds that it’s original estimated delivery date was the 7th of August and cannot issue a refund till then because they think A CANCELLED DELIVERY will still get delivered. I’ve tried to raise several points but keep getting the same email again and again claiming to have resolved the issue by stating they can’t issue a refund until a CANCELLED DELIVERY doesn’t get delivered. How the heck they don’t get the concept that it’s not going to get delivered because the delivery has been cancelled is beyond me and beyond their comprehension!
