Ordered a phone for a key worker, it "took" 4 days to get from China to the UK ! signed for at DHL, 300 miles away. I was informed i cant open request until between 8 august and 23rd, tried to open request only to be told the time limit ran out on the 8th august. contacted DHL with tracking number and it does not correspond to my details.. big scam ! bought a mobile of e bay, was delivered in 4 days
