Waiting on order for over 3 months will only refund shipping must wait another 30 days for purchase refund. Bought a wig very poor quality must send more photos before they can process my return request. Why Can't I just do a return if I'm not a satisfied customer. Bought shoes wrong size granted my mistake still waiting to hear if i can return them. This process is totally ridiculous & takes up too much of my time & energy. Give me a break.
