Absolutely disgraceful they are quick to take your money but refuse to refund you when your items are not delevered so far I am in dispute for 2 items that's in my country UK over month late one was dumped at a post office 30 emails constant on wish support agency still not resolved absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers of over 3 years getting refund which I will get after they make me wait another 2 weeks I been disputing this from beginning of August as for the returns you can't return goods when there is no return sticker added in with your item fact they need to revamp their site updat to new delivery system and better support services get rid of the automated service
