I ordered a wolf hoody in April and it arrived 12 weeks later. I had placed another order the same day for 2 different hoodies and one arrived 16 weeks later having been delayed for so long but one hoody was missing. They marked my order as dispatched and received. I contacted them via ‘ my orders’ on the log in page and notified them one was missing. I’ve since logged back in only to find there’s no pending order now showing and no reply from customer service. I shall not be using this company again !
