A con bought boots when arrived too big I had a terrible time trying to return them ,asking me for pic, codes, postage,? then to be told I was a bad customer and constantly returning items? first time buyer felt undervalued, so I contacted consumer advisor got my refund in full and also kept the boots they didn't want them back.....Now on bbc Rip of Britain they are in the spotlight yet again avoid like corona they are so disrespectful to you and put you through hoops to return I think they paly with your feelings in the hope you give up..............
