Received defective items. Have been trying to return for a week. All communication through emails. Back and forth every day. Requested explanation and photos. Sent them and still getting the run around. I had a plumber come to install faucets. He’s the one who said they were defective. I told them this and they’re still refusing to take responsibility. Don’t ever buy anything from this company.
