On 8 of october 2020 I purchased a treadmill from Wish. The item was offered at a substantial discount on the Wish website.

On 9october 2020 when I checked my order details it stated that the order would be processed on 15 october2020.
On 15 october the order details stated the order would be processed on 22october 2020
Now the order details state the order will be processed on 29 october 2020….. HOWEVER…
When I click on the Item, the following message appears:

Failed to find product with this ID.
Every time I attempt to contact Customer Support via the app, to establish what has happened with my order, it goes into an endless loop and takes me back to the customer support page.
I am seriously concerned that this is an example of fraud either by Wish or its seller, presumably in China, and accordingly have forwarded this complaint to Complain.biz
I want this matter resolved immediately and I want to receive the treadmill as soon as possible.
