I had rent a car in Heraklion Crete Greece, through another site. They told me I need to pay extra 100euros for insurance, while it was already included from the site. Then they told its fully protected from scratches and I took just a few quick photos (as it was fully protected).When I returned the car they found a minor scratch that I could find in the photos and told me I had to pay 72 euros extra for administration expenses. Finally they didn't charge us because we were Greeks (!). Very bad experience, unprofessionals trying to charge you with hidden costs. I DO NOT reccomend it.
