The office opened 30 minutes late for drop-off and the customer service was extremely poor. The staff showed no urgency to help us or get the airport shuttle bus started, we almost missed our flight as a result. After contacting the CEO to report this experience he was full of excuses and didn’t even acknowledge mistakes made by his staff. Will
