I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating. They charged $1,000 euros to my credit card without my authorization and have yet to return my deposit, which was supposed to be refunded over a month ago. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response or indication that they are addressing the issue. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable for any business.
