Terrible experience. Would never rent from them again. Used Addcar because they had such low rates but when we got there they insisted on levels of proof of insurance that I have never seen at any car rental agency anywhere. Even when we showed our insurance card and very high levels of insurance they still made us pay an amount equal to the entire rental of the car because one of our coverage levels was below the ridiculously high limit they arbitrarily made up. None of this was made clear at the time of online reservation, by the way -- they only tell you after you have taken not just one, but two shuttle busses to get to them since they are not really in the airport the way they imply they are. Absolutely never use this scam company!
