Do not, under any circumstances, book with ADDCAR in Sofia. They are a complete scam. Despite having legitimate insurance coverage brought from expedia, they demanded an additional 300 euros from us, claiming our credit card was not valid. When we refused to pay this ridiculous fee, they canceled our car rental without any notice, leaving us stranded with two young children in the peak of summer.
