The worse car rental ever! The company unlawfully took €100 from my deposit because I did not present the receipts for the Fetești bridge toll when returning the vehicle. I later obtained copies of the receipts and images of the vehicle from the toll station. However, this is still not enough—they now demand that the license plate number be on the receipt! Their attitude towards customers is terrible and ignorant. I don’t understand what they are trying to achieve. They refuse to refund my €100 despite providing all the proof of toll payment. Please avoid this Rent-a-Car company in Bucharest, Romania.
