AVOID THIS COMPANY! You will get scammed no matter what you do! I had a car booked in Orlando for January 12th, 20025 for which I paid in full in advance through expedia.ca I had full insurance coverage from Allstate in Canada. I even called one day in advance to make sure my insurance is acceptable, at which point I was asked to bring a copy of my insurance declaration page on the day of car pickup. Once arrived at their office I was told that they cannot accept collision and theft coverage from another country than USA. I explained that my coverage explicitly says that I am fully covered for rented vehicles within entire North America, to no avail. I even told them that my credit card covered collision and theft for rental cars but that was still refused. I ended up refusing to pick up the car from them as the amount for rental plus their own insurance would have more than doubled the cost. Stay away! Do not touch this company even with a 10 ft pole!
