If you are lucky and face no issues with your rental car, you can proceed. But if you face any issues, forget about any service. Our car didn't start in the middle of the trip and they didn't answer at all. Also road side assistance didn't pick up the phone.
We were lucky it happened in a city where there were garages around which could eventually come and fix the problem with me paying for it...
