I bought a android Kyocera brigade , I received the phone June 2 , 2022 , the phone shut completely down July 1st and would not turn back on . I called back market , I said that I tried to call but they were closed and the recorded voicemail I got said they were open Monday thru Friday 8am to 8pm. Customer service argued with me and said sorry for the misinformation but we were opened , I said no you weren't may I please speak to a supervisor. He then asked me why I explained and he put me on hold for a hour. So I hung up and called back , this time the man admitted that they were closed but still couldn't help me because it was passed the 30ty day return policy. Junk phone and terrible customer service. Never again , do not deal with back market.
