Never ever buy from BackMarket.
You don’t get what you pay for and if you send back the device for repair within your guarantee period then only God can help you.
My rating from my personal experience with BackMarket is simply- ZERO.
The added screen shot was a reply after a month and a half since it was sent for a repair of the faulty device they sent me.
