A hit or miss..i ordered a 2019 macbook pro and paid an extra $200 for it to be in “excellent condition” I at least expected it to be lightly used with a couple scratches..some sides are chipped and the rubber lining on the screen looks like it’s been melting + it runs slow if you have 2 or more applications open which is very annoying..sometimes it is just slow with no applications open at all. they obviously don’t look at whether you ordered it “fair” or “excellent” it’s just a matter of luck.
