We're so pleased we booked this.. the airport is still a bit of a pickle to get through after covid etc and it was a massive relief to have our driver, clearly signed and patiently waiting.. he was beyond helpful and lovely (as most Balinese are) and I would book this again in future. There's a throng of drivers waiting, so I feel it's very worth it to have booked this before hand.
