Having had such positive experiences with the airport transfers and day trip I booked with Michael and Bali Holiday Secrets (BHS) last year, as a solo traveller, I was keen to utilise the amazing BHS this year when travelling with Kaylene, my cousin and a first timer to Bali; in order to acquire a stress free, safe and reliable service. We couldn't have been happier with our assigned driver Komang who set a very high standard as a communicator from the onset via the WhatsApp. Komang also informed us that he would be waiting in front of Circle K on our arrival. This was very reassuring and combined with Michael's clear instructions for hooking up with the driver, we located Komang instantly. Komang greeted us with a huge smile and was welcoming, friendly and very respectful. From the onset it was obvious that he had a great sense of humour! My cousin and I felt very relaxed as Komang skilfully navigated his way along extremely narrow, winding and congested roads to our accommodation at Uluwatu. We enjoyed our conversation with Komang however he never compromised our safety, telling us he couldnt talk for a while as he needed to concentrate on snakelike (winding) roads. We were impressed to say the least. Our return airport transfer also went without a hitch. We really appreciated Komang's high level organisational skills, punctuality, sense of humour and willingness to communicate on the WhatsApp in a timely manner.
