Bali Holiday Secrets is a very well orchestrated unit, we have been informed of everything we needed to know before even boarding our flight to Bali. We had photos of our driver (Samsul), his vehicle and Whatsapp number in advance. We sent him a photo of our arrival party so he knew exactly who he was looking for too, this was so helpful! A lovely man who was so receptive to answering all our questions and keeping us (our young children) informed about “how far we had to go”. Fantastic service with a cheerful and kind driver - thank you Samsul 🌞
