Unprofessional from the start. Report was rushed, not evidence based, demonstrated zero understanding of the dynamics of power and control and how they impact on families and downplayed safe-guarding events. Wish I could rate a zero as their input is harmful and utter nonsense. Staff not adequately trained to assess or formulate difficulties and have the same one size fits all plan - family wizard, parenting together course which is inappropriate for a lot of cases. Another let down for my children
