Cafcass it’s not pro-contact. There’s no proper independent research or evidence supporting this. And cases of real parental alienation by mothers. Fathers voices, views do not have the same weight as the mothers within Cafcass and the family courts. Parental alienation does exist and it’s destroying thousands of families, children's lives every day up and down the country. My daughter and myself are one of the many examples going through it. It’s happening with the support of Cafcass who are well know not to be fit for purpose and the family courts, judges hiding behind Cafcass ill, fabricated and sexiest reports. Most staff in Cafcass are female and white for example. Women want gender equality for what’s convenient to them especially money. And equality should exist. But not when it comes to parental responsibility, equality, basic children, human right to a family for fathers also. The courts in practise even use child maintenance as a requisite for a father to spend time with their own child. It’s all not ok or right at all.
