Cafcass has aided my coercive controlling ex-husand to alienate me from my children's lives. We were previously a loving family with all childcare and child related matters seen to by me as teh children's mother. My ex-husband manipulated my two elder girls away from me and took out a spurious legal case against me claiming I had hit the children. Since the children have been in his care numerous safe guarding issues have come to light causing the children's school to raise concerns. Despite this, CaFCASS is upholding fathers wish for the children to live with him. To say I am heartbroken is an understatement. My whole family is ripped apart with long term impacts on safe guarding and mental health of the children and wider family. I trusted CaFCASS to help - boy was I naive.
