I received the wrong mats,but this was very quickly acknowledged by the sales team as due to a mis-representation on their website. The correct mats were soon dispatched, and didn't even have to return the wrong ones! I can cope with genuine mistakes; it is the way this is dealt with that really reflects well, or poorly, on any company.
