Product of good quality materials and well made. Car fitting did not match the factory fitted anchor points on the driver's side floor - so their 'universal fitting' turned out to be a poor match for the unaltered vehicle. I did not receive an email telling me that the order was complete and being dispatched to their courier company until the morning of the day they were delivered (3 hours before delivery). So an earlier email would be appreciated by future customers. I also think that quoting the height of the pile in the finished carpet is a much better guide for customers considering purchase than the weight in grams of a square metre of product which, if you are not in the trade, is really quite meaningless. Given all the above, I would only use them again now that I know what a weight in grams gives in terms of pile height in the finished items.
