I bought these mats for my wife's new car; they arrived promptly and were exactly as described. However, fitting them proved impossible. The mats sat 'proud' of the car's fitted retaining lugs and just would not fit. I contacted Customer Services who promptly dispatched another 8 different type and size of 'ovals'. Again, unfortunately, they did not fit (I suspect Toyota change their spec slightly just to frustrate independent suppliers). Contact with Customer Services lead to a partial refund as a good will gesture (I had the mats embroided with a personal message for my wife, so fully understand why a full refund was not possible). I also received some Velcro strips which hold the mats securely without using the car fixed lugs. The mats are great, the quality is very good and they look fantastic. I can't speak highly enough about the level of customer service and what they did to try and resolve my issue. Despite the problem I experienced, I recommend this company.
