I ordered a set of mats and they went missing. I had the tracking information arrive via email, but this simply said that the parcel would be with them shortly. I contacted Car Mats UK via email after 10 days (as it stated on the website that most orders would be 3-5 working days, but could take up to 10) and they replied the next working day saying they would look into it. I contacted them again the next week to be told that they thought my order was missing in production, and therefore would re-order for me. I received the mats the following week. The mats themselves are not as thick as I expected, but for the price I paid I am perfectly happy and they fit my car very well. The workmanship looks excellent.
