I purchased a set of mats for my Vauxhall Insignia VX-Line STi, embroidered with SRi lettering. When they arrived,I tried fitting them but the clips would not lock onto the pegs in the footwells. A very helpful lady (Amy) established that the wrong clips had been installed on the mats during manufacture, so she immediately dispatched the correct ones to me,which arrived less than 48 hours later. Apart from the minor inconvenience with the initial order, I'm extremely pleased with the product and the speedy and courteous customer service provided. Thanks again Amy.
