Okay, so these reviews were terrifying especially because I placed two orders before reading them. BUT I ended up having a great experience! Guess I was lucky! PLEASE keep in mind this is an Australian website, which means Cettire is 15 hours ahead of where I live, MB Canada. So if you are getting long waits for customers service replies, the time difference is why. I would get customer service replies at 2:30 AM but that’s normal business hours for Cettire. Also check your junk mail! #1. I purchased a Versace Messenger bag for my husband. I ended up ordering the wrong one so I emailed customer service to cancel it. Because I canceled it within 24 hours I did not receive a cancellation fee. The full amount was returned back to my credit card. However to see the refund on my card it took 4 business days. I was SO nervous based on all the bad return reviews. #2. I purchased the correct Versace messenger bag. It took business 5 days to package and ship and arrived to me 4 business days after that. Authentic and beautiful!
