I ordered a pair of Gucci loafers. The came, I tried them on, they were too big, so I returned them almost immediately. I ordered, from Cettire, a size smaller. Cettire would not refund me the money because they claimed that the shoes had been used or damaged. They sent photos, which are attached. I do not see anything that suggests that these shoes were used or damaged. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit, albeit in perfect condition, that they have charged me $800 for. Despite my emailing them, they remain resolute. I have no recourse.
