“Return is extremely expensive. You pay $28 AND $50 for EACH item in your order. If you have two items in one order, and you want to return both of them, you have to pay ($28+$50)*2!”
“Only order from Cettire if you are absolutely certain you won’t return the item. I purchased some shoes that didn’t fit but can’t return them because I would only be refunded ~50% of what I paid, because Cettire withholds the shipping fee (highest among all luxury retailers but I can live with that), taxes, and on top charges a return fee of about 30$ (what the hell is that??).
Yes, they have some good prices and the items are genuine but it’s just too much of a risk. I will be deleting the app today to avoid temptation.”
“Absolutely awful. Wish i had read the reviews. Absolutely zero customer service - problem? Too bad better call your credit card company. Will never purchase from them again.”
“Unfortunately customer service is so bad that taints an otherwise ok experience.
If you are considering buying from them, you should know that return terms are very punitive, make sure to check them out.
Also they have a tendency of offering increasing discounts in a short time frame, and will not refund you the difference if you bought even a day before the new discount was released. You are better off delaying your purchase as long as possible.”
“Advertised a Golden Goose sweatshirt on a Google search for a men’s sweatshirt but sent a ladies.
They claim I ordered a ladies but see attached pic of the listing and tell me how on earth they can claim it’s listed as a ladies top.
Refused to wave the £20 return charge”
“Bought a Chloe purse from them 2 months ago. The stitches came undone at the front of the purse.I Emailed customer service, they made no effort to help, they told me to find a local repair shop and try to have to have it fixed. I spent $1800 for a purse to use for 2 months. I truly question the authenticity of their products. I have multiple Chloes and never had an issue. Will never buy from them again and I would never recommend them.”
“Horrible customer service. They made no attempt to help and it was obvious they did not care about helping. My first order will be my last. Stay away from CETTIRE.”
“Unless you are shoe size 4,5 US dont bother with this website. They barely have any sizes in stock especially sizes 10. Absolutely NO sizes 10. This is a website where brands cannot sell their left-over merchandise, so they try to sell it here. Waste of time.”
“Never shopped here but was charged over 3k today! There must have been a credit card leak and they bought it... They are now deleting their IG comments as I post this!”
“Business practices by this company is shady. They have made the return process so complicated that it is nearly impossible to get a refund from them. I purchased a boot which was oversized. I wanted to return or exchange for another size. I was OK with both options. However, they made every excuse possible to deny the return. When you pay, your money is gone.
I also doubt the authenticity of their products. I purchased the same boot from another store which looked better and nicer. Avoid this shop. You can find the same stuff at other shops
that do business honestly.”
“Cettire sent me the wrong size belt. Immediately contacted them with pictures to back up the error. Initiated a return which they claimed shipping and import fees on, despite their error. I protested and they've been waiting for "review" of my return for a month now. Holding both product and my money. Several emails back and forth and more excuses about review. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with the bill. I have initiated a chargeback through my bank as I legitimately believe they are trying to keep both the money and the product. Avoid Cettire at all costs.”
“NEVER buy from Cettire. Upon returning an item to Cettire, they refused to refund the taxes and duties. In my opinion, this borders on theft, as these are not theirs to keep - taxes and duties go to the government, and every online retailer I've purchased from thus far has procedures to refund these upon the return of product. I ultimately filed a dispute with my credit card and was successful.”
“By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I purchased a £300 pair of shoes from them, and when I returned them because they didn't fit, they rejected the return saying they were "used". The only place I used them was in my bedroom, to try them on!
If you're thinking of buying from these people don't, or you may get robbed like I did.”
“Never received the product I purchased
I ordered a pair of sunglasses and after one week from when I placed the order I still had not received an email notifying me that the sunglasses had shipped. They eventually responded and said there was a delay but they were looking into it. I didn't hear back for almost another week and so I had to email again. Again they told me they were looking into it. This repeated two more times until I had no choice but to cancel and get a refund. I really wanted the sunglasses so it was disappointing to say the least. There was no explanation provided and if I hadn't followed up I may have never heard from them and never received the sunglasses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM CETTIRE!”
“I paid 800 usd for a bag. It was still in process for two weeks. I asked for status updates they wouldn’t share. I asked for cancellation, they accepted to send cancelation no request but it’s still a month with no confirmation. This is surely a scam. Their service is horrible. They never reply to your questions - they have email templates they use repeating the same things without really supporting customers. I have no confirmation that my money will be returned. Don’t use them.”
“Absolute scam. They sent me $500 jeans with a broken zipper, I returned them and they sent them back to me because they had a "broken zipper and no tags". I sent them photos of the item with tags and a broken zipper the day they arrived to me. I never took the tags off. I am currently engaging the protection of my credit card company to get my refund for this fraud website.”
