“I ordered a bag and received a much smaller size than aticipated. I returned the bag one day after it was delivered and it shows in my account with cettire that it was returned on the 20th of June. It was supposed to be refunded as a store credit so i could easily get something else but I have been expecting my refund and keep getting the same email that refunds are between 7-10 days and once they receive confirmation of completion, they will proceed with the refund accordingly. “I’ve made an online purchase of a wallet. On the next day they said the item was out of stock (the item is still available for sale on the app/site). The transaction was confirmed on my credit card. They didn’t cancel the transaction and refunded an amount lower than what I’ve paid. I believe they do this to get “adm” fee from users. I wouldn’t recommend buying there. I just lost money, no item and a frustration to deal with.”

Waiting for the order to be shipped for more than 17 days and still nothing. Their customer service are useless and pathetic. No matter how many times I reached out and followed up, they all replied with the same apology but no one took extra step to chase up and see why is taking so long. (It should be a standard procedure, not even an extra step).

“I ordered a pair of Max Mara pumps from CETIRE and received two mismatched shoes—two different sizes. There was no way I could have worn them. I immediately returned the shoes and explained the issue, only to be told that they found “scuff marks” and would not issue a refund.
They sent the shoes back to me, still mismatched, and are refusing to take any responsibility. I did not wear the shoes, as they were unwearable from the start. This experience has been deeply disappointing—both the quality control and customer service have been unacceptable.
I would not recommend shopping with CETIRE, especially given how they handle returns and customer concerns.”
“Placed order on 5/29/25, I sent them an email after a few days checking for status, no response. Took them a week to send me an email and yet rep couldn’t answer what the hold up was on my order, took 4 reps and still couldn’t figure out why my order is still in process after 12 days. Finally after 15 days rep emailed me stating item is no longer available, I just checked their website and item is still available but price is higher than what I paid which I find very ridiculous for them to say it’s out of stock and let me wait for 15 days to wait for nothing. Rep who emailed didn’t even bother to offer me similar items that match what I paid. Shoppers beware and shop somewhere else, Cettire is not worth the aggravation.”
