“Worst company for customer service ever! NEVER EVER AGAIN! my wife bought us luxury brand matching varsity jackets for Christmas. Spent thousands of dollars which is expected when buying luxury brands but when the items arrived both of our jackets did not fit correctly so we reached out to return the items and get store credit or correct sizes if they had it. Turns out they charged us over $600 in duties and never offered us any exchange or store credit. We just lost out on over $600 because we wanted to buy from this terrible company. The website offers good deals which draws people in but lord help you if something comes damaged, wrong size, or any issue that would normally be exchanged. NOT HERE, they just say your SOL! say good bye to your money! The customer service is horrible. HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA! YOUR ARE RISKING LOSING YOUR MONEY AND GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN EXCEPT STRESS AND ANXIETY WHICH YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT! -1 million stars if I could. WORST COMPANY EVER!”
“Cettire scammed me! I ordered shoes from them. They didn’t fit. I couldn’t even put the shoes on. I initiated a return the same day, April 5 and DHL picked them up on April 8. For weeks, I didn’t hear from them and had to copy AfterPay, the Better Business Bureau and the media to get them to respond. They told me they were waiting for quality control inspection to issue my refund. Today on April 30 after more than 3 weeks, Cettire lied and said they had to reject my return for scuffed soles when I never wore the shoes. They basically told a bold faced lie to get out of refunding my money. Cettire is a dishonest, deceptive Scammer company. Do not buy from them!”
“Cettire charges $25-$75 for returned items. They don't have tags on their items so they can blame their customers at anytime for anything that happens to the items while out of their possession, ie. seller and transit. They wouldn't refund a an item in perfect condition stating it was in an "unusable" condition. I ordered thousand of dollars worth of items. The $90 item was in perfect condition when returned. No one cared to investigate further. You can't even reach a person over the phone.
They have unprofessional business practices. I will never order from them and will warn all friends and family not to order from them.”

“I have ordered from Cettire a number of times and have been satisfied. My most recent purchase was two items, neither fit. I went online to process the return, I received an error message that said to contact customer service. I did that explaining what was happening with a screen shot of the error message. They responded with a generic auto reply email. I then emailed the next day saying that I cannot process the return and I need a “real” response. I was again met with the generic response email. I then emailed AGAIN and then when I received a response they told me now it was too late to process the return because I was beyond the 10 day return window. So now I have 2k worth of items I cannot even wear. I will not be ordering from them again.”

“Horrible Experience with a Return!
I shipped back a versace baseball cap that was shipped to me in a dented and scratched cardboard product box. The hat had NO tags attached, no tissue paper, and had marks on the leather strap where it adjusts. I proceeded with the return process and In less than 24 hours, DHL picked the item back up for return. I had this item for less than 24 hours in my procession! They are claiming that I somehow damaged this box during that short time period and are denying my return. I am currently still fighting this with them and also getting klarna and my band involved in the case I need to file a dispute. I am so disappointed and upset with Cettire for allowing one of their partners to ship an item in this condition and then later deny the return for something they did! I will most likely NEVER shop with them again. A word of advice, if you do happen to shop with them, make sure you take pictures immediately of the item and box conditions when it arrives, as that will be the only proof you have!”

“These guys are shady and downright fraudsters. The founder and CEO should be ashamed of himself. It’s about time authorities shut down this disgraceful operation. While, they have no QC to ensure accuracy of advertised goods before shipping an item, but they do take weeks/months to perform a return QC on the same item.
They shipped me a VERY used limited edition JMM sunglasses, scratches everywhere on the titanium frame, lenses totally different than advertised, silicone nose pads discolored and downright dirty, signs of use so prevalent that some of the gold polish completely vanished…After back n forth for weeks, I shipped the return back only to be stuck in never ending cycle of performing QC on return items… like they have a team of mad scientists examining everything under a microscope. I wish you had done similar due diligence when you shipped the used sunglasses to me.
Then I get my return minus shipping, return shipping, taxes and customs fee. Complete disaster.
Oh, while they were allegedly performing their QC on the return, they already had listed the same item to be bought by some unsuspecting and gullible buyer…. While holding my partial refund for weeks. Dishonest!!!”
“I have had the most horrible experience with cettire. I purchased a dress, it was too small so they wouldn’t let me exchange it so I returned it and purchased a larger size.
I sent the dress back and a month later they came back and said the dress was damaged so they wouldn’t refund me.
Meanwhile I bought the dress in the larger size so now I have it in both sides
I repeatedly checked in on the return process to never hear back from anyone until almost a month later when I started a dispute with them via American Express.
Then they produced photos of damage to a dress that was never worn.
I will never ever purchase from this sight again and will make sure I do not recommend them to any of my clients.”
