Ordered Boots from scarrosso and expected a good quality. After only a few times wearing the soles on both shoes fell apart, got cracks. Cettire didn‘t refund but gave me the smart advice to Go to a repair shop instead.

Do NOT purchase from here. I purchased a pair of size 38 shoes - they sent me one size 38 shoe and one size 39. I returned the shoes as instructed and they confirmed they received them back two weeks ago, but haven’t processed my refund and are refusing to engage with me.

Unfortunately I did not read reviews before I ordered, I ordered two products of which one turned out to be unavailable; and now I still haven't gotten my money back nor have I got the product. They only offer a partial refund which is completely unacceptable of course. They reply slow and not helping at all. I guess they can offer products for good prices because they rip off customers for half of them.

I was sold fake Common Projects from their website. I spoke with Common Projects directly and they were able to confirm that the shoes weren't authentic. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site.

Worst company to deal with. Prices maybe cheaper but not worth the effort in trying to deal with them. I bought a pair of tribute slides and returned them because they were too big. They sent them back saying I returned them scratched, which I didn’t. My son bought a pair of Tod’s and they too had scratches on them.

I’ve been ordering from Cettire for about a year and a half now. Some orders arrived quickly, while others dragged on for weeks—but I overlooked it, thinking that’s just part of the game. However, my recent return experience has completely changed my perception of this company. I’ve done two returns in total and opted for store credit both times, as they assured me it would be the fastest option. Well, over 2.5 weeks later, and my most recent return (#58509928) still hasn’t been processed. No store credit, no update, no shoes. Meanwhile, I’m left without my money and without the ability to order the same item in a different size—because, let’s be honest, the item’s probably long gone by now given how slowly things move over there. At this point, they’ve lost me as a customer. If this is the kind of post-purchase service they’re offering, it’s only a matter of time before more people walk away. Once I finally get my store credit, I’ll use it for a final order and then close my account for good. There are plenty of retailers out there who still value their customers—Cettire just isn’t one of them.

DO NOT BUY FROM CETTIRE! I recently purchased a pair of shoes. Unfortunately it is too small. My feet could not even fit into the shoes. I returned the shoes brand new and carefully followed the return policy. I received an email from Cettire today saying that they will not refund the return of the shoes because the sole has been damaged. They attached photos showing the sole with several heavy scratches. It became clear to me that someone at the company purposely scratched the sole of the shoes to deny a refund. Cettire has no intention of refunding me.

Till now it was the worst experience i had via online shopping they shipped a different shoes and a much cheaper rather than my order and there is no reply on this matter there is no phone number to contact

I had read a lot of negative reviews about Cettire online, but I was hopeful my experience would be different. I was excited to order a pair of Amina Muaddi heels from them, especially since they are cheaper compared to Farfetch and MyTheresa—platforms I've trusted and used for years. Willing to give Cettire a try, I placed my order as it was my first pair of Amina Muaddis. Unfortunately, the size I received didn’t fit my legs. I returned the shoes and opted for store credit so I could reorder the correct size in time for my birthday. It’s now been over 13 days, and I still haven’t received the store credit or any update regarding the return. This entire process has been a nightmare. I understand that Cettire may offer lower prices, but if you’re a first-time buyer—especially if you're unsure about sizing—please stay away. You’ll thank me later. Be very careful. I’m still hoping they refund me soon, but if not, I’ll be sharing my full experience online through a video.

THEY ALWAYS SEND THE WRONG SIZE PURCHASED 4 SHOES TOTAL 2 TOM FORD AND 2 GOLDEN GOOSE THE TOM FORD WAS CORRECT SIZE AND ONE WAS WRONG AS WELL AS THE GOLDEN GOOSE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUND POLICY NEVER AGAIN

Been ordering a pair of shoes for over a week now my name address matches my bank card they took 3 days to review it. Then denied it bought a bag to go with the shoes from the store and they never shipped. Will never order from them again you don’t even request more information like sense this site doesn’t make sense

Thad an extremely disappointing experience with Cettire. I placed an order, only to be told later that one of the items I purchased was actually out of stock. Because of their mistake, I had to place a second order - which they then charged me an extra €20 in shipping for. I reached out to their customer service expecting a fair resolution, but instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind their policies and refused to refund or even offer store credit for the unnecessary shipping fee. I was forced to pay extra for their stock management failure, and they refused to make it right. This is not how a reputable company treats its customers. Mistakes happen, but refusing to correct them shows a complete lack of accountability and basic customer service. I will not be ordering from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

The jumpsuit I ordered came in a destroyed box and soaked!! The $250 shoes I ordered also came damaged and I had to pay $28 to return them although it was their fault. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't been refunded for this fee despite 6+ emails to their customer service team. Never ordering on this site again, horrible experience

I placed an order on Cattire.com, and after 10 business days, my item still hasn’t even been handed over to DHL for shipping, tracking still shows Catania, Italy. There have been no updates, no tracking information, and absolutely no effort from their side to keep me informed. To make matters worse, there is no customer service phone number, so you’re left with no way to get real support. Their policies take zero liability if a shipment is delayed, not shipped, or never received—yet they have no problem charging you in full upfront. I had to threaten to dispute the charge, and unless my item is shipped by tomorrow or I receive a full refund, I’ll have no choice but to go through with it. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company unless you want to deal with endless frustration.

horrible customer service. They send me two different shoes and took extremely long to refund also charged me for the shipping back and responded very late to my emails. For designer purchases this is unacceptable service
