I don't doubt that people have issues with their orders... with discount websites this happens often. However, I received my order two weeks (to the day) after I placed it. It came in pristine quality, and from the day of shipping it took four days to arrive. (People complaining about not receiving the order in 3-7 days need to read the website. It says, "Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection..." This means when the item is collected for delivery, NOT when you place the order. Reading comprehension is apparently uncommon these days.)
My only complaint is that communication is pretty lackluster. I sent an E-Mail, and I filled out the website "Help & Contact" page. The E-Mail was not answered, but the website was. So, if you need to reach them, I recommend starting with the webpage: https://www.cettire.com/pages/help-contact

“I was worried when I saw these reviews but no problems. Ordered trainers on 31 May, and they arrived two days later: 2 June. I wasn't expecting them to get here so quickly, but I paid £20 for delivery, so that's probably why. Delivery note says they came from Italy (to the UK). No complaints other than high delivery charge. No option for cheaper/slower delivery at checkout but I wanted the trainers so was prepared to pay.”

“I had bought a tee and return. It’s takes nearly 2 week for my refund, once they received my return they have to take a few working days to checkout the product condition if no issue, refund is on the way to my bank account in a few working days.
I have keep checking with CS for my refund process, for me they are trustable to shop and return.
And they use DHL for return, it’s efficiency and I can track my return status as well.”

“So I was very doubtful if this site was selling fake or real branded products but there was a Burberry bag I really wanted and the style was discontinued, plus it was a discounted item so I made a purchase. After I placed my order I came across these comments and got very anxious. My experience was better than most, I received the product on time, the product looks genuine but I still have my doubts. The kind of pricing they offer, I believe there’s a possibility they might be selling products which were rejected from the brand factories? Not sure since no influencers also talk about this site and there’s not much marketing and information out there regarding the site.

I ordered a pair of Alexander McQueens literally on Sunday night and received them in perfect I mean perfect condition by Tuesday afternoon. I read all the reviews after I made the purchase and I was scared but my experience was really good. Whit is being said I won’t be purchasing anything else from this site because it’s too risky… the fact that I got lucky this time doesn’t mean I will be in the future because the reviews are terrible.”

“To be honest, I wasn't sure if Cettire was legit due to a lot of negative reviews. Their luxury items are heavily discounted which seems almost impossible or too good to be true.
I was happy to risk $500 on 2 items just to judge them for myself. I bought a Saint Laurent T-Shirt and Valentino Sneakers.
The T-Shirt was sent instantly from Bologna Italy via DHL. It arrived within 2 weeks (melbourne). I am confident enough to say the t-shirt is not a fake. 100% authentic.
The shoes however are yet to be processed and will complete another review on them.”
