I had bought a tee and return. It’s takes nearly 2 week for my refund, once they received my return they have to take a few working days to checkout the product condition if no issue, refund is on the way to my bank account in a few working days.
I have keep checking with CS for my refund process, for me they are trustable to shop and return.
And they use DHL for return, it’s efficiency and I can track my return status as well.
