I ordered a pair of Stuart Weitzman ballet flats and only after that read the reviews which made me scared I wouldn’t get neither the shoes nor my money back. I made an order on 01/19 and it arrived on 01/27. Customer service replied within a day. Personally I had a good experience with Cettire, but I won’t risk ordering anything else.
