Can someone please tell me how to return a item to this company. They were prompt to answer my email back but did not tell me how to do a return and you only have 14 days after it’s delivered so I’m nervous. Please help!!

How long do they take to deliver to uk. My wife order a scarf and paid over 100. And still waiting 10 day plus. She email and messaged them and no reply. Seems like a scam
I made the two different orders on Feb 19th 2022, AND 21st Feb 2022 which my card was charged, After several days no tracking was provided to me, After contacting your customer service i further received two emails stating my order has been cancelled, My bank needs further proof A cancellation receipts, A cancelled invoice or declined payment proofs on the PAYMENT.
