I placed an order for a pair of Louboutin boots before I found this review site. If I had found it first, there's no way I would've ordered. As of now though, I'm glad that I did. I don't doubt that people have issues with their orders... with discount websites this happens often. However, I received my order two weeks (to the day) after I placed it. It came in pristine quality, and from the day of shipping it took four days to arrive. (People complaining about not receiving the order in 3-7 days need to read the website. It says, "Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection..." This means when the item is collected for delivery, NOT when you place the order. Reading comprehension is apparently uncommon these days.) My only complaint is that communication is pretty lackluster. I sent an E-Mail, and I filled out the website "Help & Contact" page. The E-Mail was not answered, but the website was. So, if you need to reach them, I recommend starting with the webpage: https://www.cettire.com/pages/help-contact In the end, would I use the website again? Maybe. If I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere else, I might chance it with Cettire again.
