I received my Prada boots from Cettire quickly and beautifully packaged, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit. I returned them in perfect condition, but mistakenly used USPS instead of DHL. After realizing the error and contacting Cettire, I was told the package had to be retrieved from Italy and resent via DHL within 10 days—an incredibly difficult task given it’s been sitting in Italian customs for over a month. DHL confirmed Cettire could easily resolve this by arranging a pickup, but despite numerous emails, no action has been taken. I’m now out $1,035.42, have involved my bank for a chargeback, and am filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. I strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Cettire—returns are a nightmare, and customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful
