“Their return policy is one of the worst around. They require your return to be in their hands 14 days after taking delivery of your item, which means it has to be in the hands of their partner carrier (usually DHL) within 10 days of taking delivery. Compare that with the standard 30 days or even 60 from some similar fashion retailers, 10 is pretty bad. And they're strict about it. If that 10 day window passes, that's it for your return. This is as opposed to say Farfetch where although they have a 14 day return policy you can still start a return after that window passes.
I ordered a pair of boots from them based on the size chart on the product page and it didn't fit, so I thought what's the big deal I'll exchange it for the correct size. After all I followed their product sizing advice, right? Whoops, how wrong I was, not only do they not take exchanges, I missed the return window by 2 days and they basically told me to go jump in a lake because I missed the return date. As of now I'm still trying to get them to take it because they sized me a full size off....
That being said I give them 3 stars because they do have nice stuff at fairly discounted rates and everything is legit.”
“I give the company 3-star based on my recent experience of purchasing a sneaker from them. The processing and shipping take a little bit long, almost 2 weeks between placing the order and receiving the item (I'm in the US). The item was received in the good condition, no complaint about it. The prices was better than other places. The reason I give only 3-star because of the return policies. If you return an item, the item should be received by them with 14 days after you received the item. Knowing that they are located in Italy, a shipping from my place (US) to Italy could take a couple days. So, your window for returning an item is very short (just a couple of days after receiving it), and there is no guarantee that the item will received by them within the 14-day period. I will think twice now before ordering from them due to this return policy.”
“Ordered a pair of shoes on 28 Feb and received them by 3 march. All in perfect condition and authentic.
While this seems really good, it was the fact that they did not provide any confirmation email that made this site very scary to buy from.
Until DHL sent me an sms to advise that the parcel is on the way, there was no knowing if the purchase was legit. I wrote in but the reply came only after the shoes arrived.”
“My experience was pretty good but after reading so many bad reviews I wouldn’t try my luck again. I ordered some boots Dec. 28 and received them Jan. 11. Not what their website says but I rarely get stressed with shipping unless it becomes a ridiculous wait, like over a month without any updates. It was shipped through DHL who has yet to fail me so far and everything about the order and item themselves is perfect. I wouldn’t order from them again over fear of having much worse experience with a much more expensive item. Love my boots but this will be my only and last purchase from Cettire.”
“I really don’t have any major issues buying at Cettire. Their delivery is fast however when you do returns, they take longer to process it. I wish they can work on processing returns or exchange faster, otherwise, they are cheaper and aunthentic 100%”
